Emerson Brooks is the actor who portrays a New York City police officer.
About
Before appearing on screen, Brooks made his name in many stage productions, before moving to television and film. Since then he has made appearances in productions such as Escape from Darwin, The Hanging Tree, Monk, Las Vegas, National Treasure: Book of Secrets, Journeyman, Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Life, Terminator 4: Salvation, 24, and Bruno.
