Rick Scarry is the American film and television actor who played the Los Angeles bartender.

Rick Scarry has had a profilic career as a character actor in more than sixty television shows and a handful of films. He had a recurring role on 7th Heaven, and memorable roles on That 70's Show, Desperate Housewives, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, The Closer, and Star Trek: The Next Generation. His film credits include Space Cowboys, Wag the Dog, and Liar, Liar.
