Yeah, I was in Vegas visiting some friends, and we drove out to the dam. We stopped at the lake on the way. It's pretty cool. "Town" is a bit of a stretch, since it's mostly parkland around the lake (hiking trails, mostly), but there are a couple houses on the hills overlooking and a convenience store or two in the greater Lake Mead Metroplex. I also got a great shot of the Vegas sign at the entrance to the strip that we can use for the Vegas article once I get it cleaned up.—Hardvice (talk) 13:14, 20 January 2007 (EST)
